Student Pass application can be submitted to & Immigration Checkpoints Authority (ICA). The terms and procedure for submission of visa depending on Your place of registered educational institutions. Submission of visa must be made at least one month before the lecture started, and no earlier than 2 months before the lecture started..
Submission of visa must be made through the student's Pass Application & on-line Registration (SOLAR) system.

Before asking the Student Pass via SOLAR, IHL requires the information below to sign up for SOLAR:
Name, date of birth, gender and citizenship (according to Passport)
Information about the course of lectures, commencement and end of the course of lectures.
SOLAR application reference number.

After the registration has been made by the IHL, students could access the site to collect SOLAR eForm 16. Before accessing the site SOLAR, you need to provide the following information:
Notice that your registration has been received, along with the login information provided by IHL
Passport/travel documents (passport number, validity period, and others)
NRIC/FIN parents, if the parents of a student is a citizen of Singapore, or foreigners who work or live in Singapore.
Singapore's address and contact details (if does not exist, can be replaced with the address of the University)
Your email address
One passport-sized pasfoto (color) the latest to affixed on the right top of the eForm 16. Pasfoto must meet the requirements below:
Photo taken last 3 months
Images should be colored, with a background color of white with semi-finishing matt or matt
Photos must show picture advance clear without headscarf. (If a head covering for religious reasons because it could be accepted, but are not allowed to cover the features of the face)

This fee is not refundable if your submission isn't approved by SOLAR or if you cancel the visa filing. Payment can be done by way of internet banking, or via credit/debit card.
